Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging to ensure safe return shipping.
Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
